MyAccountsToGo requires the full cooperation and support of your IT Department for installation. The following components are required:
•Microsoft SQL Server (Version 2005 or higher)
•Internet accessible password-protected FTP, HTTP or HTTPS website
•Scheduled SQL Queries using DTS or other Tools on the SQL Server
•Resulting XML data files have to be moved to website for iPhone access
•If multiple iPhone Users are deployed, multiple secured web directories have to be created on web site
SQL Queries to generated XML data-files are provided to MyAccountsToGo users free of charge. Mapping alterations to modify the information visible to iPhone users can be performed by the IT Management team.
Numerous inquiries about our pricing structure have arisen since we launched our product. Alternatives to our iPhone solution require the following hardware, software and network infrastructure components:
•Microsoft Windows or Apple Macintosh (with Windows OS) Laptop
•Wireless Internet access through 3G or similar wireless Internet Technology
•VPN or Remote Desktop access to corporate Network
•CRM or Professional License for SAP Business One or
•Business Essential or Advanced Management License from Microsoft Dynamics GP
•Extensive training to properly navigate through financial management system
These components require a much larger investment than the purchase of the iPhone 3G and our application. In addition, none of the financial management system mentioned above have the ability to limit the salesperson or sales executive to only view the records that are assigned to them using the standard security model deployed by those solutions.
MyAccountsToGo will allow the corporate IT department to select only those records that are useful and applicable to the user of that specific iPhone device.
My Accounts To Go (MATG) is a third-party iPhone application specifically designed to work with the Microsoft Dynamics GP and the SAP BusinessOne financial management systems. This application will allow you to access the information assigned to a specific sales representative and will include the following:
· Accounts (Customer Master)
· Addresses (multiple Ship-to addresses)
· Sales Order Processing Transactions (Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Returns,
Back Orders)
The product focus is to enable a mobile sales representative to use his/her iPhone to access any information in relation to their accounts, directly from their iPhone. Although the account data on the iPhone is in a “read only” format, the user will be able to communicate with the corporate office via an integrated e-mail function regarding any data items displayed. The IT Department will have to enable the retrieval of this information from their corporate server via the HTTP or HTTPS communication protocols.
