Montreal, May 20, 2022 (GlobeNewswire) – CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) has announced that a new chairperson and director nominees, listed in the Management Information Circular dated April 5, 2022, have been elected as directors of CN. Detailed results of the vote are available below.
Shawnin Broder was unanimously elected chairman of the board by the board. Until her retirement on October 31, 2019, Mrs. Brooder was the Executive Vice-President of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) where she was responsible for overseeing the activities of all personal and business clients in Canada. Ms. Bruder joined CN’s board in 2017.
